The Borgo “Hamlet” Apartments

Groups of 4 or more apartments are subject to supplemental charges, terms, and conditions. Please contact us directly for your group needs.

No unauthorized parties or celebrations. Events and large gatherings must be authorized and coordinated in advance via email with estate management.

Photo ID and a credit card are required before and/or during check-in. You must be 18 years or older to request a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older.

A Waiver of Responsibility will be signed upon check-in. We want our guests to freely explore our beautiful estate, however, due to the nature of the farm and potential hazards, we ask all our guests to take precautions as advised. In addition, there is no lifeguard on duty in our swimming pool area. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of minors at all times.

Pets are welcome! All pet owners are asked to keep their pets on a leash in public areas, pick up after their pets, and always take measures to ensure the safety of their pets and others around them. Our guests with pets will be asked to sign our Pet Policy upon check-in.

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, PayPal, cash, and wire transfers.

We recycle! Help us keep our environment clean. Guests are kindly asked to properly dispose of their rubbish during their stay. Trash receptacles are located at the entrance of the estate and are properly marked.

Each guest is responsible for reviewing the Guest Directory upon arrival to familiarize themselves with important information about the property, our services, and the local area.
