The Estate

The estate extends over 160 acres of land, boasting priceless views and endless opportunities for activities.

The wooded area is legally protected and a private hunting reserve, with several different trails, allowing guests to walk, bike, run, horseback ride, and  forage for wild asparagus, mushrooms and berries.

In addition to what nature has to offer, there are several sports complexes onsite for guests to enjoy free of charge during their stay. We do provide minimal sports equipment, but recommend guests bring their personal sports gear. First come, first serve!

This Is What Our Estate Offers…

Fitness Zone

Open Year-Round

Hours: 06:30 – 21:30

Once a little stone house, now a fitness zone that offers several cardio machines, free weights, a multi-function machine, and an outdoor stretching/circuit training area. This area is temperature-controlled under extreme weather conditions.

Swimming Pool & Sun Deck

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

The estate swimming pool area is situated in one of the most panoramic views the property has to offer, measuring 20m x 10m, and accompanied by a children’s pool for the little ones. The swimming pool is for in-house guests only.

Several sunbathing areas are available, both covered and uncovered, as well as a service bathroom and poolside showers.

Stone BBQ & Picnic Area

Open Year

01 April – 31 October

The BBQ and picnic area is a self-service area, perfect for small and large gatherings. The large stone BBQ grill allows for cooking for large groups with the possibility of using wood or charcoal.

There is a small, covered picnic area that can also be reserved just next to the cooking area. We can provide grilling equipment upon request. Please contact us to reserve this area.

Tennis Court & Ping-Pong

The tennis court and outdoor ping-pong table are located adjacent to the pool area and are equipped with lighting. Minimal gear is offered onsite.

Basketball, Bocce & Cornhole Courts

The basketball and bocce courts are located at the entrance of the estate in a wooded area near the cellar. There are also several picnic tables and available outdoor lighting. Minimal gear is offered on-site.

The playground and hammock area is conveniently located in the heart of the hamlet, providing easy access to all. There are several picnic tables throughout this area and string lighting in the evening.

Trails

The trails will leave you feeling completely immersed in nature. The estate trails provide hours of activity immersed in the most untouched parts of the property. We have conveniently marked our trails and we welcome trailblazing. There are several picnic tables placed throughout our wooded area to utilize during your excursions. We ask all guests to ensure they are properly equipped and avoid using the trails at night.

Laundry

There is a laundry facility onsite below the reception office and next to the cellar. This is a paid service. Please contact our staff to reserve the laundry room for a block of time. There are also laundry drying racks stocked in each apartment.

The Cellar

The estate cellar is located in the center of the hamlet, just below our restaurant, “Il Tartufo”. It consists of oil and wine production areas, a small kitchen for preserving products, and a small wine museum with a tasting area. This space is available for tours, events, and experiences.

The Animals

The Ponds

The estate has two ponds on site, home to geese, ducks, turtles, frogs, and fish. Both are easily accessible from the center of the hamlet and can be enjoyed at all hours of the day.

Our chicken coop provides fresh farm eggs for our daily intercontinental breakfast.

The Stables & Stalls - Horses, Donkeys & Goats, Oh My!

We currently have a project in the works to build a small barn for our petting zoo that will house our future furry friends and raise animal awareness. Stay tuned on our social media platforms for an update on our progress.

The Hunting Reserve

The estate's private hunting reserve is roughly 80 acres and is home to several types of wildlife including wild boar, pheasant, and deer. We offer several hunting packages during the season including lodging, meals, and hunting guides.

To hunt in our reserve, you must have the appropriate license, attain appropriate permissions, and be expected to follow regional hunting laws.
